How long have you been a YNPN Phoenix member?

Three months!

Favorite YNPN event or memory?

I was very inspired by the LINK event this year! It was the first YNPN event I attended ever and it made me feel like I had to be a part of this organization! There were so many amazing people and I loved the passion that everyone felt for their work. It was great to be surrounded by other young people who were so inspired by the work they are doing for the community and the world!

Favorite place in Phoenix to grab coffee?

I love Cartel in Tempe

What was it about your organization that made you want to be involved?

I love working in nonprofit and I was so interested in being a part of a group that works hard for young people in the industry. I wanted to be involved because I wanted to be surrounded by others in the industry who could help me grow and see the industry from a similar perspective.

Tell us about one of the most valuable things you’ve learned from working for your organization (or nonprofit orgs in general).

I’ve learned that there’s always more than one way to do everything. In a non-profit there are so many different viewpoints and viewers so I’ve learned that everyone’s perspective can be meaningful.
