YNPN Phoenix provides opportunities for young professionals to gain the skills and network they need to thrive in the nonprofit sector. We’re not just interested in developing the sector’s next generation of leaders – we’re dedicated to helping them envision and build a social sector that is more equitable and impactful than ever before.
Are you or someone you know ready to help us take on that challenge? YNPN Phoenix is currently accepting applications for our Board of Directors.
For us, the “Young” in YNPN can mean young in your career, young in your skill set, or even young to the nonprofit sector. If you or someone you know shares a passion for our mission, this could be the perfect opportunity to gain first experiences in board service. YNPN board members grow personally and professionally through their work with the organization – they have the opportunity to try things that they may not get to do in their current role.
Here’s your chance to lead and take risks in a safe, supportive environment.
It’s going to be some serious WORK, so make sure you consider your bandwidth. But you’ll walk away with a broader skill base and friends ready to support you and cheer you on in your career.
We are committed to supporting a diverse nonprofit sector in the Phoenix area. Because of that, we are seeking individuals who bring to our board diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and experiences.
